Great piece of equipment for toning and theraputic exercises. You can work upper and lower body. Love the extra handles provided so you dont have to switch them in the middle of exercising to move from upper body to lower body. The bar allows you to do things like deadlifts and squats. There is so much you can do with this its too many to list. There are 2 cords with different resistance levels so you can use one cord or both together for added resistance. No assembly required. Only 2 negatives which really aren't bad things but what to watch for are: its so light that you must be standing on the platform to perform the exercises or the whole item will move and i wish there was a way to have a third cord for heavier resistance especially with lower body exercises like squats and deadlifts. But those 2 negatives are not a deal breaker. The trainer being light weight is also a positive since it allows you to easily fold up to put away when not in use. The 2 cords are plenty for all my upper body and some of the lower body exercises for now. I would recommend this item and it is worth the money spent. It is a good quality piece, made sturdy that can hold the weight of a large person. I would buy it again. Even my husband who is a hard core weight lifter likes it and often uses it to work his triceps and biceps for high rep concentration exercises. I am glad i purchased mine!

Love it! It arrived assembled. Equipment is sturdy. The workouts are phenomenal. I use it at least twice a day.

The trainer is a nice addition to our home gym. I was able to get my husband to start working out during these cold months/inclement weather with this piece of equipment. He liked the idea of strength training the trainer offers.He never wanted to use the treadmill or the recumbent bike! It was easy to put together and doesn't require a lot of space.
