I've owned an older version of this pad for years. I just wore it out. This seems to be of the same quality as my old one. Something you can't say about many other products today.

The old style of bed buddy was better in my opinion. It was something you could shape to what you really wanted and smelled like bread when heated up. This style cannot really be shaped. It will do, but not really what I wanted.

Is NOT just lavendar as the descritpion states. It stinks.

It does what it says it does, Warm moist heat directly to the area you need it.

Only real complaint is that it does not warm up like the original one.

I have only tried it hot so far and it is great for my neck pain.

This works great. It's easy to use and retains heat for quite a long time.
