Your best buddy will be your Bed Buddy warmer/cooler. Easy to use and it does the job. Double wrap one in plastic bags and keep it in the freezer for a cold compress.

Very helpful. I have Endometriosis and had my second surgery for this so heat compress is one of my allies to keep pain down when im very crampy. smells slightly to herbs. the only but is that you canmot wash it in the laundry machine

I have used bed buddy's for years, finally needed to replace old one after 18 years. This one works great and has a better smell then the non-aromatherapy ones.

I have had several of these original Bedbuddy. Do not overheat. 1 min and 30 seconds is really enough. Great ...... The scented ones are even better. This one was for my son and he doesn't like scented. Walmart has the best price.

The photo of the Bed Buddy online is the seamless version which is what I wanted. That was fake. The one they sent is the one with the seam down the middle, not nearly as comfortable.

I have not used it cold, though my son does and likes it. It heats up nicely in the microwave and stays hot for a little while. I love it! I can never find them in the store, it doesn't seem that Walmart carries them in the store anymore.

P.U. the stink is sickening. I have heated this up a dozen times since I bought it and it is nice and hot and helps the pain but DEARLORD it smells so bad. I would not recommend it to a friend because they would kill me. ( not literately ) I had one of the first of these products when they first came out years and years ago and loved it till it started stinking but that took many years to start doing that and that is why I bought this new one. It has only been a month till it started stinking.

This is the best moist heat product out there. I have tried several others but always come back to the bed buddy. It stays hotter longer then other wraps I've tried and is less bothersome then a having to wet a sponge with moist heating pads. Highly recommend this product
