[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how Downey softened my close but the smell was way to over powering, If they would just tone down the fragrance it will be a fabulous product. I know a lot of people who can not take strong smells. Overall I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Downy has always been my fabric softener of choice. I just received a free sample to review but the opinions are my own. I love the smell and quality of this product. I never buy anything else. Clothes are noticeably softer. If enough water is not mixed in though it will stain clothes blue temporarily until washed again. If on dark clothes, shows up with a black light.

I washed & dried a load of towels and I cannot get over how soft and fluffy they felt as I was folding them!!! They also had a very fresh scent to them which I love! Nothing better than getting out of the shower and wrapping yourself in a big , fluffy, great smelling soft towel!!! I will definitely hecrepurchasing Downy fabric softener in the future! I gave to say I'm actually looking forward to doing more laundry today!!! A great find!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the scent is amazing, I love the subtle, soft smell that this leaves on my laundry. My blankets and towels feel fluffy and soft. The liquid is thick so I hav no issues with spillage. We love Downy Fabric Softner in our home!

Mother in law keeps buying this for us, she doesn't like dryer sheets (she doesn't live here, and hasn't even visited here in over 5 years so I don't get it but whatever) when she first got it a few years ago she warned us to make sure we dilute it with water by half, saying that it had plugged up the dispenser on her front loading washer and the repair guy said it was a common problem with this fabric softener. Guess who's fabric softener dispenser stopped working on their front loading washer about a year later? Yep, ours! And I was diluting it by a little more than half too. It's not like we have money for a repair guy to come out, or money for a new washer. My point of this review is to warn others who have a front loading washer against using this fabric softener. Just don't do it, even diluting it- it's ruined the dispenser. The whole line going down into where I can't get to is gunked up with fabric softener residue.

I have not traditionally used fabric softener in my laundry. When I received my free sample I started using it with my sheets and towels and wow, we all LOVE it. I never thought fabric softener would make such a difference! ! My girls both have sensitive skin and we have had no issues with adding Downy to our laundry.

It has lasted on my clothes going on 4 weeks!! Yes I said FOUR WEEKS! It reminds me just like the name, as if I were in a field of flowers after a morning rain. I'm not joking, I will NEVER go back to my previous softener. My clothes came out so soft that even my jeans were softer. I have recommended Downey April soft to all my friends and family. You won't be disappointed, I can promise that!! I loved it so much I washed ALL my blankets in it, even though they were already clean!!

I received a sample of Downy Ultra April fresh scent to review and I must say I just love the fresh scent of our laundry. Our laundry was so soft. This product is gentle on your clothes. No harshness. We love that our clothes have a wonderful scent after a wash. I would totally recommend this product to all my friends.
