I have used it for 3 years. It makes my clothes soft and smell good. My mom loves it too. The packaging is simple and consistent. I like it and of course will buy it again.

I love how soft my clothes, blankets and ect. are after I use this product. The scent is so clean and just makes you happy while you are doing your laundry. It smells like I'm in Heaven.

This product makes your clothes smell good and soft. I recently bought few bottles and it turned into solid gel. I can't use it anymore, it won't come out of the bottles.

I have allergy issues with scented products so I tried this out on towels only and it left them smelling fresh but in a subtle way. I wouldn't use this on clothes thought. I tested Downy® Fabric Softener for free, but all opinions are my own.

Downy is my preferred laundry softener brand. I'll never forget being on my own and learning how to do laundry by myself...Downy was the only thing I will and still use for my clothes! I have tried other softeners but nothing compares to my downy!
