Downy Lq. is what I have used for years. When I first started house keeping, I had to try others but, my Mom and sister told me "stay with Downy Lq. it is the best product and best price". But I had to try them all myself. Thats when I found out that DOWNY ULTRA Conc. is the best. I will never use any other. I also taught my children, as they started house keeping, to use Downy also. Downy makes my laundry static free, smell amazing, is softer then any other laundry softener can. The smell is a clean smell. On laundry day, the smell goes through the dryer vent, and my husband loves the way it makes the outside smell clean.

It's not my 1st rodeo w/Downy! I've use it since I was around 13,my mom uses it,my sisters use it,and I use it. I hope in the future my own daughter uses this as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laundry smelled really good while the washer was running, but I am not sure I am totally sold on the product. I wanted to try this product because at this time of year my clothes smell like sweat and deodorant by the end of the day and sometimes that smell is nearly impossible to totally remove so I was hoping this product could cover the smell. I was a little concerned that "April Fresh" would have some kind of pollen or something in it that would cause allergic reactions, but it seems the smell is created by more of a synthetic process. It smells incredible while the washer is running. The reason I am not sold on this product, however, is that my clothes came out of the wash feeling more worn out. I'm not sure if it is just the feel this product gives the clothes or if it really is hard on the clothing, but that makes me nervous. I'd rather keep using fabric deodorizer to fight the smells than have to buy new clothes more often. As time goes on I suppose I will find out whether this is really deteriorating the fabrics or if this is normal. I also noticed that the smell while the washer is running doesn't seem to really stick around very long once the clothes are removed from the wash, so I am not sure this will even perform that well. Overall, I do think this product was worth a try, but I am not sure whether it is something I will purchase again unless my concerns are assuaged by the time this bottle runs out. If you are washing kids clothes and would love a floral-y fresh smelling house on laundry day I think this is a wonderful product because the kids'll grow out of their clothes before they have a chance to wear them out anyway, but if you are washing adult clothes, I'd proceed with caution...but do keep it away from the kids. If it spills it is very sticky but until it dries, cleans up like spilled oil - you want to avoid spills if you can.

Out of a 34oz bottle I'll get about 40 loads worth of soft clothes. Can we also just talk about how cute the cap is? Looks like a cute little flower. You can't go wrong with Downy! My husband works with a smelly chemical for his job which leaves his work clothes smelling terrible. I used to have to wash them two or three times to get the smell out, but after using Downy just once they are clean, fresh and soft... ready for him to wear the next week for work! Downy is my go to fabric softener and freshener! I was lucky enough to try this product for free, but all opinions are my own.

I've been using Downy softner since I can remember. While it's a bit pricy it seems to be worth it. The smell is great and it leaves my family's clothes soft, fresh and static free. Paired with the Downy Ball you can't go wrong. Simple to use and very effective in the fight for softer clothes! I tested Downy for free but the opinions are my own and true.

While I love the smell of this fabric softener I had to stop buying it. I was so disappointed purchase after purchase when I would find that it didn't last long. Shortly after purchasing the softner would go bad. Get lumpy and chunky and lose its form. While I love April fresh I do not recommend buying this scent. I have stopped buying it. It's a waste of money.

That's how I feel about Downt April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner. So far the scent has been lasting going on a week and I don't imagine it will fade soon. My clothes and sheets are softer and cozier and just smell so good! Love this product!

I have 5 boys from 13 to 2yrs old. I used the fabric softener on their sweaters and my two year olds blanket. They came out so soft and smelling so good. My 2yr old wont let go of his blanket now. Lol I got to try downy fabric softener for free through my voxbox from influenster.

I received a small bottle of Downy in my most recent Influenster Pumpkin Voxbox free to try out and review. But Downy has been in my life for as long as I can remember. My mom used it when I was growing up and I have used it for as long as I've been doing laundry. It's my GO TO fabric softener. It keeps my clothes soft to the touch and smelling great!
