[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously tried to save money by purchasing dryer sheets instead of liquid Downy. I was less than pleased by the outcome. I decided to stick with the old family favorite of April fresh Downy. I always know when the rinse cycle gets going. The smell from the Downy permeates the entire household. My whole home ends up smelling April Fresh. Also, my husband wanted to know why our towels were SO soft lately. I told him that I went back to using April Fresh Downy. He told me not to skimp on that anymore...it was worth the few dollars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this product! I can not believe I have been doing laundry all these years and didn't use it. I always used sheets that went into the dryer. Never have I used a product that made my crusty blankets soft again. I used to have crunchy feeling clothes that I had to air dry but after this product, they are soft to the touch and do not have that rough, crunchy feeling!!

I love the way my clothes felt after I pulled them out of dryer and when I go to put them on a week later they still smell good and is still so soft. I love cuddling in my blankets after I wash and dry them. I hardly ever wear perfume and I'll get compliments on how I smell good and asked what I'm wearing. I say Downy April Fresh and laugh.

I never had used fabric softener, just a dryer sheet, and was very surprised what a difference it made. The clothes were dofter, and smelled very fresh. Since I just began using it a few weeks ago, I am not sure about the lack of color fade. But, fabric softener, you have gained a convert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Downy Liquid Softener was great. I have always only used fabric softener sheets until now. After filling my laundry room the amazing scent from the liquid softener, I have switched to Downy Liquid Softener! I love it. The only negative was... When pouring the liquid into the cap, it drips from around the spout. The annoying drip comes from having to shake the bottle each time I use it. This wasn't a major problem. I still like the product.

I love Downy! Makes everything smell fresh and soft. This version of Downy smells close to the original. Thank you for bringing it back. I will keep using the April fresh version. My favorite! I especially love the smell of my sheets right out of the dryer.

I've been using Downey fabric softener for 20+ years. Proctor & Gamble changed the scent and the new scent smells like cheap drugstore perfume. I will no longer buy this product until the manufacturer changes the scent back to the original April Fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite fabric softener, bar none. I've tried several others over the years, but I always come back to liquid Downy. When my clothes come out of the dryer there are no wrinkles and everything smells GREAT. I tend to use more than the instructions indicate, simply because I love the fragrance.

I received this product to try and I decided to use it on some of our puppy's dirty blankets and toys. I figured if it made those items fresh then this product would be a winner. After taking the blankets out the dryer, they smelled soooooo fresh that I couldn't believe I was actually putting my nose to the puppy's blanket! I will definitely be purchasing.

This is a horrible product and the smell is obnoxious. Why anyone would choose to harm their health by using this is beyond me. It makes your clothes FLAMMABLE and causes serious harm to your body and others who are subject to smelling you when you use it. People need to wake up and take responsibility for their health, others health they affect, and their environment!
