ultra soft toilet tissue

This USED to be my favorite toilet tissue. It used to be Soooooo soft. It is NO LONGER ultra soft. I don't know what you did but it is now just a mediocre toilet tissue. Very disappointed Charmin customer..

loved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper has been good I usually like soft so this has worked good if not better than others I have used. I love that the rolls are so much bigger than other ones I have bought.

Width change from 4.5 to 4 inch

I have used ultra soft exclusively for years. Your latest product change to a 4 inch wide roll made Charmin just another TP. You are just part of the crowd and no longer stand apart for the consumer.

smaller rolls

I bought the pack of "36 = 72" rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft. I am so disappointed that the rolls are much smaller. There is no way these 36 rolls could equal 72! We are paying the same or even higher price for less product. Will not buy again!!

Cut down in size

I use to buy Charmin but have since switched to Kleenix Cottenelle. As a consumer I am not satisfied with any company who switches the size and not the price. After 20 years I have moved on.

not satisfied

i always buy Charmin ultra soft but the last 2 packs of 16=64 the double ply did not work only single ply. it was very annoying I may have to change brands

Colonostopy prep

Hello...I highly recommend the charmin sensitive for colon prep. I had no issues with nasty rawness for prep & I have to do colonostopy every year.Before I used the Charmin sensitive it was really terrible. Put it on the package! Thanks!

Postage stamp sized toilet paper!

This used to be great toilet paper until they decided to make the rolls so narrow that they don't even cover your hand let alone other parts. Will be searching for a different brand. Stupid idea to make this ridiculous change.

Wow! More means less!!

Are you kidding me, Charmin? The rolls have shrunk down in size so much they flop around on the toilet paper holder. Bad enough they put less sheets per roll but now they actually made the rolls narrower. Bad move.
