Purchased charmin ultra soft. Outside of package looked normal, but the rolls on the inside looked like they had gone through a shredder. I just wish there was a way I could attach pictures! Unusable! Horrible! What the heck happened?

I accidently bought a different brand now I regret it. I love this Charmin toilet paper I definitely will stay a loyal customer. The sheet is thick enough not easily tear apart, yet so soft to use.

I agree with other reviewers: anything bigger than a double roll is too big for my toilet paper holder. I hope Walmart reconsiders and starts to restock the double roll 36 pack in Ultra Soft
