Great ptoduct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is a great product. Its not too soft and is strong enough to not break apart and leave behind pieces after each use. It is definately a great quality and very affordable

this product is to tthick it cloged my toilet too many times and this month is the only month i have been usins it, it is very annoying to have your toilet cloged

We're glad you reached out about this. Charmin is not expected to cause any problems in properly functioning plumbing and septic systems. We’ve worked with the Master plumbers from Roto-Rooter, the number one plumbing company, and they agree that while some backups can occur in the toilet itself if too much paper is flushed at once, the most common cause of pipe and sewer clogs is something in a drainpipe or sewer pipe that doesn't belong, like tree roots, grease, food scraps, and cotton swabs. Love this toilet paper!

I have always used charmin and I am now not happy with the product. I continued buying it even when cost is way up. Quality is way down.

Product has changed in softness and also has gone way up in price. Please go back to your old formula. I will pay less for another brand now because of these reasons.

The softest TP ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is, by far, the softest toilet paper I have ever felt. It feels like satin almost. It has a pretty flower quilt pattern. I got a free 4 pack of the product from Charmin to review.

Use Less!

What's up with the wavy scalloped perforations?

Not a good idea. Your product testing group should have tested it further. It tears raggedly. This is not an improvement. There is no benefit and it is actually detrimental.

I like Charmin but...

While I like Charmin over other brands, this one is just alright. Seems to tear easily and my family goes through this one a lot faster than the Ultra Strong one. Next time the store I'm at is out, I'll just go to a different store.
