Don't like thicker, but narrower sheets. Bring back your previous version. Will shop for another product.

This paper is really soft and be sure you get the mega rolls as these hold much more paper per roll, you have to change your roll less.

This size roll is perfect for a quest room since it takes a while before you have to replace it with a new roll.

Too thick. Plugs the toilet. Like trying to flush a washcloth. I wish I could give it zero stars. And I wish I could return the product.

Not only is the width getting smaller, they are including the cut offs in the packaging as a roll. Definitely time to start shopping around.

I love Charmin products but not the ultrasoft. It doesn't do what a good toilet paper should do. Get rid of this product. No one likes it. Bad job.

I love Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Tissue, obviously for it's softness. I have found that I am using less toilet tissue with Charmin Ultra Soft than other brands I have used in the past.

New Smooth Tear is very disappointing. Opposite of smooth tear. It is poorly perforated. It rips haphazardly. Like the original Coke, go back to the great product Ultra Soft with straight, efficient perforations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Charmin but this Charmin Ultra Soft is the absolute best toilet paper I ever used. I love the way it feels no waste. I would recommend this product to all.
