Product really is soft as advertised! Does not shred. Only need 3 squares to use. Nice not to have to use a new roll every time I turn around!

I am changing brands because of the new narrow rolls. What a bad idea to make it so narrow it is useless.

I go frequently so wiping with hard tissue gets irritating, But Charming is always soft on the skin no matter how frequently I use it.

Too soft, falls apart, leaves residue. I also do not like the smell. Also it was too expensive for me.

I have bought several different brands of toilet tissue and nothing comares to Charm in Ultra Soft. My family lives it!

I used to like this product until they reduced the roll width to under 4". Now I no longer buy it and I recommend other wider brands.

Great product that is both strong and soft. I try to switch with warehouse store brands but always end up coming back to Charmin.

Why did you decrease the width of the tissue? Very noticeable on my paper holder. Will find another product
