I like your product, but I believe that it is very deceitful to change the product size and not have the wrapper say "NEW SIZE". I was shocked when I went to the store and instantly saw that the package was noticeably smaller! The rolls are shorter and the diameter is smaller as well! It's sad to see that you have gone in the same direction as other companies by making the product smaller and charging the same price! (Kind of like ice cream...it used to be a half gallon, but is now 1.5 quarts for the same price!) Sorry to see you don't have enough faith or confidence in your product to just raise the price instead of decrease the amount.

My husband tried it also. Liked the softness but doesn't seem to last even though you don't have to use as much. When I priced Charmin and my brand at the store found that Charmin cost more.

This is a great tissue for many reasons. First, the softness, it feels like cotton on my personal areas. The ply is very durable as well, and you do not have to use a whole lot to get the job done that you need at that moment. I can use just four sheet for number ones, and you will not need much more for your number twos, because Chamin is not only extra soft it's very durable at the same time. The mega rolls last a long time because you don't use half of what you usually use. The Charmin Ultra Soft mega rolls are cottony soft and last more than twice that of a tissue products of Charmins closest competitors. Charmin is also priced to give you the best bargain for your money.

It's my first time using Charming, mainly because I was pretty happy with my current toilet paper, but this is about to change. Once you go Charming, you won't go back! It's amazingly soft and absorbs very well so you don't have to use a lot. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the price (honestly it's worth investing in, and my tushy will love me for it). I bought Charmin as always, last month. To say the least I'm not at all pleased with this New Scalloped Edge. I have been using Charmin for years and now I will have to make a change. The Scalloped Tear Edge Is absolutely terrible. It seems to tear at one sheet when unrolling it. It happens every single time I use it. It's not good When you unroll to use and it tears at the very first sheet and this is a problem to say the least. Oh Well I Guess I'm forced to make a Change, after being a Charmin Customer for many years. This is really hard to do as I really dislike other Toilet Tissue.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used two rolls of the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper and I really like it. The rolls are big, so you don't have to change them so often. It's super soft and I know that it's not going to hurt my septic system. I am going to change from my current toilet paper and start using Charmin Ultra Soft on a regular basis.

I was skeptical that this tp would be any better than my old tp but was really surprised at the softness and durability of this Charmin Ultra Soft tp. I don't have any complaints about this tp but if you have one of the smaller tp holders I can see where it may be a tight fit. Thankfully I have an old home with larger tp paper holders. I must admit my tush is happier with this new Charmin Ulta Soft that is was with my old tp. This will surely be on my shopping list next time I go to the grocery store.

However, I ended up switching brands because of the tiny toilet paper particles that ended up all over my bathroom and clothes. It was almost like a dusting effect. It seems that this new Charmin does not have this issue. It is still extremely soft and durable without the dusting problems. I also love the size of the rolls!! I have a family full of girls and feel like I am changing toilet paper rolls constantly. This new mega size is perfect!! Not so big that it won't turn on the dispenser yet not so small that I am constantly changing it! Perfect!! I will be switching back to Charmin Ultra Soft again.
