Whatever you've done in the last 6 months to where the perforations aren't straight has made the TP about half as thick and its terrible. It rips easily, doesnt hold up as well and in general you need to use more. 20 years of using the Ultra Soft and now I'm going to have to shop brands because some idiot decided to cut the thickness in half....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use Charmin only years ago and then on a whim, I changed to a competitor brand, butt (lol) now it is only the softest for my tush!! Also the new roll size lasted for a week as opposed to two or more rolls of the competitor brand. It feel strange to gush about toilet paper, but the new Chamin is worth it. Thank you BzzAgent for reintroducing me to a softer, gentler and kinder Charmin Ultra Soft!!!

I have a tendency to stray to other brands because of price but Charmin is my favorite. It seems like the rolls lasts longer because of the thickness of the paper. It does exactly what you would want in a toilet paper, being soft and comfy at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received 4 rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper. It lasted 2 adults and some infrequent guests 1 month. Which is comparable to the toilet paper we regularly use and buy. Although it was much thicker and softer. It also did not leave any residue behind, which is awesome when using thicker toilet paper. Our toilet paper roll holder is in the wall and without an extender, it did not fit properly. It would be nice to have an extender that comes with buying a package of this toilet paper. I looked at the price of Charmin in the stores that I shop most frequently and it seems to be a little more expensive than what I normally spend on toilet paper. I think that's why I'm hesitant on continuing the use of this toilet paper. It may make it more appealing if it offered an extender as well for those that don't have a large enough space for a roll. Overall, we loved this toilet paper and would recommend it to friends and family for all their bottom needs!

Love the product (Ultra Soft Tissue) but very disappointed that rolls width is shrinking. Real obvious on the toilet paper holder. Makes it look tacky. Why are you doing this? My next purchase will be of another brand to see if they are doing the same thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely believe this is a great product. I would highly recommend it. I am a mom of 3 and cleanliness is a big factor in my household. This toilet paper defiantly helps accomplish that. I love that I don't need to mummify my hand to get a good wipe. I love that I don't have to buy as often. And I really love that I don't have to change the roll out as much. My only concern would be the roll fits a little snug in the holder, but that's not enough to stop me from using this product. Charming ultra soft is now a staple in my household grocery shopping. Try it! You will love it too.

When they say you use less because its ultra soft, you can believe they deliver. I hate the feel of cheap office tissue. I only wish that my job would supply us with this tissue. I've been a Charmin user for decades, but decided a few months ago to see if there might be something new out there that I like better. Well, I tried them all, but I'm back to Charmin Ultrasoft, where I plan to stay. Nothing else came close, and some were downright harsh.
