I prefer the ultra soft to the ultra strong because the ultra soft feels soft and strong. The ultra strong feels coarse.

Used charmin for years! not anymore they cut the width by over 1/4 of an inch, now a single sheet(square) is not much larger than a post-a-note. ps. it now takes more too get the same job done.

I cannot believe you all reduced the size of the the roll. Bad enough our candy bars get smaller but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will no longer by Charmin.

Have used Charmin Soft for YEARS. Was a faithful consumer, but am about to find another product. The roll is now so small in width it takes almost twice the amount. Come on Charmin - you are better than that! PLEASE go back to your original size.

Been a faithful customer since 1993. This week the TP I pay a premium for has been cut a quarter inch less wide. And the texture is changed. No announcement, no price change, nothing. Please restore the size and charge accordingly.
