[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to receive the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper. Right away I noticed that the roll and paper itself felt much thicker then our usually store brand toilet paper. We have been buying the same store brand toilet paper for years and at first it was difficult to use the right amount of Charmin. Since it is much thicker we could use much less of it at a time. I was surprised at how soft and strong it is. However I didn't like that it always leaves some "crumbs" whereas my usual paper doesn't. If Charmin could work on this little flaw it would be the perfect toilet paper for us! This toilet paper isn't only good for the toilet it also works great as a tissue. I do have allergies and suffer from a runny nose daily. Charmin felt super soft on my nose and kept it clean without a red rash. We used this product for about 5 days. Unfortunately we ran out of it rather quickly because we are used to a cheaper and thinner toilet paper and used too much at a time. I would definitely recommend this product and once you get used to the thickness it is easy to figure out the right amount. I was very happy about that. It is also soft without being too soft. Yes, I am one of those people that don't want my toilet paper to be like a towel. I just now hope that the price per sheet is in my budget.

Charmin lasts longer and it is softer than the other brands that I have used. It is also more absorbent than the other brands that I have used. Charmin is now choice for my household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Charmin Ultra Soft recently. It was Soft but most of all it was absorbent and cleaned well. A lot of the brands I tried were thin and tore when using them. I have IBS and use a lot of toilet paper. I found using the Charmin Ultra Soft was a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to anyone. I would buy it again!

There is no other brand of toilet paper that I use in my home. It's "ultra" soft, durable and simply gets the job done without fail. No other brand beats it in quality and affordability!!! Plus, we love the Bear commercials... they are adorable!! Thank you Charmin!

Over the last few months there have been numerous complaints of bad batches and I received one of them. According to the “CharminTeam” this was due to a change in the embossing process that may make the texture feel thinner or coarse. However, you feel it is the same quality when it is clearly not. Why change a good thing? It feels both thin and coarse now compared to before. We will not purchase any new products until you correct this issue. It doesn't feel the same no matter what you say. Your QA dropped the ball as real customers can clearly tell the difference in quality. It feels like you cheaped out while elevating the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is in fact ultra soft, and thick enough so that less can be used per trip. I have not felt wetness come through this brand of toilet paper. Charmin Ultra Soft is gentle on the area. The only issue I have had so far is that sometimes there are little pieces leftover in the area used on. Other than that, the product is great!
