When I first moved to Texas (19 years ago), your company had the brilliant idea to stock all the porta-potties in the Midway (game & ride area) of the state fair with your toilet paper. I immediately switched brands and never looked back. It was remarkably better than what I had been using and other brands on the market. Lately, however, your product has become awful. Not only does it keep getting narrower (and is now so narrow that it is hard not to get urine on your hand) but it is thinner, weaker, and shreds like crazy. I have seen responses to other reviews that indicate that you haven't changed the product since 2020. That isn't possible. Your paper was not like this before COVID or even during the height of COVID. This may have been happening some then but it gone downhill at a rapid rate over the last few months.

I thought this would be a great product for anyone needing something gentle such as surgical patients and pregnancy. I also found this product to be strong and durable which I have found softness and durability to sometimes be a trade off. The only drawback to the size was fitting into the holder I have for reserve paper but if that is the only negative, I will take it.

I talked to several coworkers about how soft it was - very soft, like facial tissue soft. After some discussion and doing a search, that we all decided we would not likely pay more for just because of its softness.

I had tried Charmin many years ago but always thought it was too soft and crumbly. My family really liked the Charmin Ultra Soft. It was just right--nice and soft, but durable at the same time. I love the size of the mega rolls. They really last a long time and still fit in a regular toilet paper holder. I am so glad that I got the chance to try it. I really like it!

This product needs to be compared to itself before the virus and after the virus. It is so different now and not soft at all. I thought that it was temporary due to shortages. But I have suffered through three purchases and it's still unacceptable. I will be forced to shop for anew brand.

It is so soft yet so strong so you actually use much less and for a minimal price difference, Imwould really be saving money in the long run. Plus less paper needed, less waste. I am a Charmin convert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin® Ultra Soft was amazing. I never thought toilet paper could be this soft. The thing I loved about it is that is very thick as well as soft. So you dont have to use as much as you would with the other brands. It really came in handy to blow our noses as well. No chapped or raw noses with Charmin!

The sheets are very soft and I find I don't need to use as much of it as our regular brand of toilet paper. Knowing the Charmin Ultra Soft is safe for septic tanks is great! We don't have to sacrifice softness for septic tank safety any more! That makes for some happy bums around here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can you say about TP? Except so many leaves you raw and irritated with little bits of paper sticking where paper should not be. Well I have to say my bum is happy and so am I. This new Charmin Ultra Soft is the best paper I have ever used. I am a Charmin lover to start with. This new Charmin is better than any of the others. The moisture barrier is wonderful! The cleaning power is beyond compare and I use half of the paper I use to use. The only complaint I have is it is so big and fluffy that it hardly fits on the toilet paper holder making it hard to start the roll. But that is a minor irritant for me but not sure others would agree. I have noticed we are not changing our rolls nearly as often as we were. Go Charmin you are even more squeezable delicious!
