[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family tried the Charmin that was sent. I didn't mention that I had changed the brand of toilet paper. I just wanted to see if anyone would notice. Well, my husband was not happy. He wanted to know what happened to the toilet paper as it seems to leave "dust" on the floor and it seems to fall apart pretty easy. I guess the test failed. I had to go back to our old brand to make my husband happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I'm looking for a great toilet paper, I want something with great strength and something soft! This lasted so much longer than the normal store brand. I'm definitely switching to this brand from now on.

What has happened to the perforations on the Mega roll. As one who needs them as a guide for someone who folds the tissue for every use, we are finding it difficult to be able to easily find the perforation . For awhile it was great, then it first diminished when the last half of the roll was no longer smooth, but rippled, it became almost impossible to find the perforation. Hopefully, this is something you have already corrected. If not it needs your attention.

It's soft texture is gentle on my skin and cleans thoroughly. It's not irritating and that matters a lot! It's strong and very absorbent. I would recommend trying Charmin Ultra Soft tissue.

I like that it is four rolls in one and lasts longer and doesn't need to be changed as frequently. I feel it is a much better value for my money than other brands of toilet paper out there. I have used many varieties of Charmin before but truly believe that this will become my go to paper. I am so glad I receive these products to try and be introduced to. Thank you Charmin.

My husband really enjoys the soft touch of Charmin Ultra Soft, and while it really is comforting, I personally find it a little I guess crumbly? Not like hard, but little specks of dust-paper fly off of it pretty easily. It's exactly what you need it to be, but not my personal preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to enter into this Charmin Ultra Toilet Paper campaign because I have used Scott Toilet Paper for the past 20 years mostly due to my husband. Received my demo package of Charmin Ultra and decided to put it to work. I especially wanted my husband to try the wonderful feel of this tissue on a daily basis. I myself never knew how wonderful Charmin was against my skin. I also use the tissue to remove makeup on my face nightly. Also the tissue stayed in my sheet and did not dissolve in to a mess in the toilet. I was also happy that the tissue is septic safe. That was a big concern with my husband. Well, my husband loved the feel of the tissue compared to the Scott Tissue. It is a hit in our household as well with company.

I grew up watching the commercial many times a week. lol My family and I loved the texture and the softness of the paper. The amount of the paper on the roll lasted us longer than I thought it would. That's a plus for me. It's a product that I would consider buying if the price is right. Thanks Charmin for continuing to make great products and letting us try them out.

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft tissues for about 20 years. Never had a problem with the product. However, this last package I bought had 3 defective cardboard roller. Each blocked the hole to put my roll holder. I had to cut a hole in one roll. The others I just kept near my toilet. I am not asking for a refund since I don't know when I bought this packaged but just want Charmin to improve their quality control.

I have been buying the 9 = 36 ultra soft Charmin for a number of years due to a condition that requires softness. Since the placement of the "clean tear" paper, the softness is gone. I have used several other papers in the Charmin line and none of them seem to be as soft as before. What has happened top the ultra softness?
