We have used spam for years for many dishes. Goes with anything from eggs to white rice dishes. We absolutely love it!

My 2 favorite ways to use spam are in a western omelette & on a breakfast sandwich with a fried egg and cheese!! Yummy!!!!

There are so many ways to prepare spam. My favorites are : 1: A spam, egg, cheese and pickle sandwich. 2 : Cubed and mixed into a pasta salad

I loved Spam as a child and now at 73 I still love it and have it a couple times a week. There are so many different ways to eat it.

Original is always best. Chop it up, Fry it and throw it in a stir fry or fried rice. It's the bee's knees! Also good for breakfast with eggs.

I have eaten SPAM in as many ways as the number of countries I have eaten it in! The best, and the product that saved millions from starvation!

I am still drinking water from 3 hours ago. A heart attack waiting to happen. Slow down on salt. Crazy that I taste more salt than meat.
