Every few weeks I will make myself some spam musubi using the delicious classic spam. It is the best thing I have ever eaten and is the only food that consistently turns me on.

This sure got me through a lot of stormy nights when no lights and nothing to eat.. I always keep a few cans in the cabinet for emergencies, and at times I make a salad out of it for my midnight cravies. Gotta have it..

Fried crisp, slathered in mustard sauce, layered with onion, green pepper, lettuce tomato. Just perfect for lunch, served with soup, dill pickle, chips.

My dad introduced me to it when I was a toddler. Sunday morning Spam and eggs was a treat at our house, grilled nice and crisp. Also had it baked with cloves and a slice of pineapple as our Virginia backed Spam. Original is still my favorite.

Spam musubi's have always been our go to meal for our kids field trip lunches and family outings to the Beach. Spam, eggs and rice is our weekend morning routine it never fails to make us happy.

My grandpa used to make this in the mornings for us when we visited. When I fry it up now I always think of him, just makes me feel good, and tastes pretty great too.

In my opinion, spam should not be considered a poor man's food. It is delicious. My four-year-old grandson chooses spam over candy! My family and I have always loved spam. When I am craving something and I don't know what I'm craving, I reach for the spam. I make Spam sandwiches, I grill it, I mix it with pasta, I eat it with butter biscuits, or simply carve it straight from the can and munch down! There's no limit to what I will do when it comes to my spam.You may come between me and a man, but never between me and my spam!
