I love slicing it kinda Thin and frying it up crispy on the outside eating it on Toast with cheese. Loved it as a kid and 40 some years later still love it.

SPAM is yummy! You can do so much with it! Our family favorite is fried SPAM with fried eggs....for dinner. I love how easy it is to serve! Pop open the can, slide onto plate! EASY AND DELICIOUS!!

I love Spam. I like it sliced and fried . You can cut it up and use it in a hot dish. If you run out of sandwich meat it will make a sandwich. Lots of things.

Cooked it last night and it was "grainy" to the touch and in my mouth. Been using Spam for years, and it has never been like that before. Would provide info off can, but it is in garbage.

I usually just slice it and fry it up. Add a little of sriracha ketchup or Country Bobs sauce and it is awesome! Sometimes I will dice it up with potatoes and make Spam hash too!

The reason SPAM gets a bad rap is because of the sodium nitrate, but if you like high fat low carb diets it fits in very well. I LOVE it fried! Fried in a cast iron skillet!! Just the smell of it frying will make your mouth water.
