This was given to me by a neighbor who bought it but never used it. It was still fresh and well before the use by date. I tasted it alone and almost gagged from the sweetness. I checked the label and it says only 3 grams of added cane sugar. I regularly use Silk oat milk which has the same amount of added sugar but is nowhere near as sweet. I tried just a tiny bit in my tea and ended up pouring it out after half a cup. It tastes like there is also and artificial sweetener added that is not included on the label unless it is hidden by calling it other natural flavors. This left a strong aftertaste in my mouth and I would definitely NOT recommend it.

I am a walking allergy, I admit it. But I was not prepared for the reaction I had when I drank the first cup of coffee with this product in it. It tasted really good, though, nice and creamy. But then the reaction set in. Immediately. Close enough to anaphylaxis as to say - "Never again!" What are the natural flavors? As far as I know, I am not allergic to coconut, or treenuts. I just had oatmeal with organic hazelnuts and almond milk, and am fine.

I wish they made a larger size as we buy a new bottle weekly.
