Give it a try if you like strawberries and are on a diet. Low in cal and quick to eat. Yummy flavor. Highly recommend to someone who is looking for a quick on the go snack and healthy

If you are counting calories this yogurt has very few. The taste is great in the begining but it leaves a fake suger after taste that leaves something to be desired. Not the worst I had but far from the best.

Blueberry is another flavor of yogurt that I prefer. I like this one but it kind of has a little chemical aftertaste, and I think that's because it's the light variety.
