I "used to" like the smell.....

I am so upset that they changed the scent of the original pine sol...i have used it for 30 years and the scent was amazing....but this new stuff is disgusting!!! Wish they would not have messd up a great thing!!!

Bring back the old Pine Sol!

There are two reasons I bought Pine Sol. First it is a great product for all purpose cleaning. Second I love the old scent. The "New and Improved" may be new, but it's not improved. Bring back the old Pine Sol!!

My Go To Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my go to cleaner for as long as I can remember. It cleans everything (floors, walls, windows, etc), leaves a fresh pine smell, and kills all bacteria. Who could ask for more?

STINK!!!

This so called new and improved scent is THE WORST! I gagged when I brought home the bottle and opened it. The ORIGINAL original scent needs to be brought back and this new one needs to be left by the wayside.

Pine Sol original

Why did Pine Sol change the original scent?

The bottle says "New Improved, Longer-Lasting Scent". It smells totally different than the original Pine Sol. It smells like a cheap men's cologne. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" I WANT MY OLD "ORIGINAL" PINE SOL BACK!

NEW Longer Lasting Scent Stinks!

I don't like the "NEW" scent. I buy the original Pine-Sol for one reason, The SMELL! Growing up my mother cleaned everything with it. It's now no different than any other liquid cleanser on the market.

Very unhappy with new scent

I have used pine sol for over 40 years. I loved the great smell. I hate the new and improved smell. Its very perfumey. I will not buy pine sol again. I am very disappointed that I can't use the product anymore.

HATE THE SCENT!!

You are promoting this as the "Original"... It's not!! And it stinks!! I have used this product my entire life but WILL NOT purchase again! Please go back to the original formula. All of your loyal customers would like to come back

I'm sorry to hear about that. Due to limited pine oil supplies and increase in cost, we are not able to manufacture the original scent in the quantities required to be available in stores nationwide. A big part of the reason why we made the scent change to begin with is because pine oil supplies are limited and have become more expensive. Unfortunately, this will continue to be an issue around producing original pine scent Pine-Sol.
