The smell of Pinesol is what reminds me of home, my childhood and my parents. Now when my son gets off the bus everyday he walks in to the same smell. Hopefully he'll associate that with me and it'll be his reminder of home. Pinesol is the only probduct I use in my home!

I think that's fantastic because it gives me the ability to use it for cleaning everything from my bathroom shower tiles, to my kitchen floor. I even used it on sealed wood and it left my hardwood floor soarkling clean and gleaming. The best part was having my mom walking in and declaring how lovely it smelled lol. Everyone knows that signature scent...it means your home is truly clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When cleaning house, I have used Pine-Sol for years. I have tried to use other products, which were cheaper, on sale, or I had a coupon for them. I have never been pleased with the results. My husband always comments on what I have done to the house. When using Pine-Sol, he states, "Boy, the house smells clean". This does not happen with the other products. My mom used Pine-Sol, and I beleive that is where I learned to use it. I remember thinking ths same thing as my husband, Boy the house smells clean. I have tired most of the scents available, but I always go back to the oringal scent. Next to the pine scent, I like the lavendar scent. It reminds me of clean sheets after being dried with lavendar. My daughter and sister use Pine-Sol also. Seems that we are a family raised on Pine-Sol. I would love to see a kitchen cleaner from Pine-Sol that used rosemary/lavendar/ for a scent.

I just bought a 144 oz jug of Pine-Sol. Your entire add campaign was about the amazing scent of pine! This new scent smells like a candle which I don't buy because they stink! I am furious. Now my entire basement stinks like an air freshener instead of that wonderful pine scent I have known and loved since childhood and my kids also have loved since childhood. Had I opened the jug to use it and not come home to my husband using it, I would have closed it up again and tried to return it. I can buy any good cleaner out there that kills germs. I buy Pine-Sol because it works well, and it is the only cleaner that the scent makes it smell clean and fresh without smelling like bleach or ammonia, or perfume...until now. I abhor the fake pine smell and have never even bought the pine candles for the same reason. I live in the south, I find it hard to believe there is a shortage of pine oil. This is a huge mistake. I will not be buying anymore until the original scent comes back. Also, it is very misleading to put the word "original" on the bottle. It is not it is "New Pine Candle Scent".
