She soaks a stained shirt in her washing machine with a Pine-Sol and then washes and dries. The stain is gone. She likes it because it's less expensive than traditional stain removers. It's our family's go-to cleaner.

I sometimes add a drop or two to a bowl of water and set it on the counter for a fresh smell when I don't need to clean.
