I liked the past scent because it smelled like pine. The new one does not. Because it is rather oily and really does not clean very well, my only past reason to use it was the past good scent. I dislike this product and will not be getting it again.

The pine scent is strong but not over powering. I loved using it to mop my floor. The bottle is large so it will last for a long time. Definitely would purchase this product again.

I use it for so many things when deep cleaning my home. The fresh scent just leaves your house smelling really fresh.

I grew up in a Pine-Sol house, and I've used it in my own home all my adult life. Imagine my shock when I opened a new bottle today and began mopping my apartment! At first, I thought I'd grabbed the wrong bottle in the store, but then I checked it, and it really was Pine-Sol Original. The label had something about the "new, long-lasting scent," and that's when I knew I was in trouble. Wow, that stuff really stinks! I had to open all my windows (in 30° weather) to get rid of it. You should call that scent "Dirty House," because the apartment smelled worse after mopping than before. I can't have that awful stench in my home. I'm on my way to the store to get another cleaner--I have no idea what, because I've never used another brand. But I'm forced to buy one of them now, and it will not be a Clorox product. I no longer trust the Clorox corporation. Please let your many, many disappointed former users know the minute you take that abomination off the market and switch back to the original formula, so we can start buying our beloved Pine-Sol again. In the meantime, I think we'll all be using something else.

It relaxes me when I clean the kitchen, I even look forward to it now. Pine Sol is the best cleaner ever. Don't waste money on other products .. get Pine Sol and be fully satisfied.

It continues to deodorize and clean my floors and bathrooms and counter tops. I continue to trust the Pine Sol disinfecting power (kills 99.9% of germs), just as my mother did.

I only use Pine-sol to clean my bathroom floors because of the great, strong, clean, fresh smell that remained after I was done. Recently, I purchased the 40oz. bottle and was very disappointed. What happened to the great strong pine smell? It's barely there despite the label on the bottle claiming "New Longer Lasting Scent". This "new" scent is like Pine-Sol ultra lite. Please bring back the original strong scent that we all love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remain old school, and continue to use the original pine-sol for my DEEP cleaning and then I will put a little of the Pine sol outdoor fresh in a small open glass container add just a little water to it and put in with my artificial plants and use it as an "air freshener". No one can see an freshener in my house but it sure smell great!

I use Pine-Sol to clean my tile floors in the entrance of my apartment and the tile floors of my kitchen and bathroom. The refreshing scent of pine will last for days because it is strong. I suggest opening a window to let the room air out after use.
