What exactly was the real reason behind changing the formula because early on you said it was government regulations and now you are claiming lack of pine oil. So which one is it?

I use it to clean anything and everything. I love that if I know my husbands is fixing to come home from work if I wipe down the counters with some pine sol, he knows I've been "cleaning" and I don't have to listen to his mouth.

I use Pine-Sol Oringinal daily to clean all my Guest Rooms at my Lodge. The pine sol has been crystallizing the past couple of years. What causes this? I continue to use the product as I feel it cleans thoroughly .
