Lactaid is the only milk that I can consume. It doesn't upset my stomach like regular milk does. It tastes delicious. And it doesn't expire quickly.

This product has been very easy to digest unlike whole milk. I use it in all my recipes that require milk, with no adverse effects.

The only milk I will buy and drink since my doctor told me I am lactose. Delicious and easy to drink (digest).

Tastes great and no problems when it comes to lactose intolerances. I usually buy it in the gallon though, so it lasts a good while.
