Doesn't give as much symptoms for lactose intolerance as other milks but there is still some discomfort of gas just no pain

Can't tell the difference from regular fat free milk. I drink a glass & use on my cereal every day. I also use it in all my cooking & baking.

Great lactose free option! Taste is great! Also lasts longer than regular milk which is plus for our household

I can’t notice a difference and it doesn’t give me tummy troubles. win win! Only thing is it is expensive so loses one star.

I love everything by lactaid except the ice cream this milk is delicious its fat free too and far less fattening to the whole milk one.

Taste pretty close to milk my wife has to drink lactose free and it did well for her I think at least she said it did maybe

I can’t drink a lot of milk so I’m not a big fan but, surprised me when I tried Lactaid and liked the taste and had less headache!

I personally love it. I am lactose intolerant and with this brand I don't have to compromise flavor and/or quality.

This product has a weird sugary taste to it. It does not taste like regular milk. I’m not sure I would recommend it to anyone.

I’m lactose intolerant and it’s a pretty crappy way to live. This lets me enjoy cereal and milk again.
