MILK LOVER here! I love milk and having the option of fat free and dairy free is a game changer. I still get all the benefits of milk but my stomach isnt going to pay the price like I would if I had regular dairy milk!

My husband loves the fat free Lactaid. It’s smooth and creamy and takes a long time to go bad unlike regular milk. I highly recommend for any families that love milk but are lactose intolerant

Amazing! It is real milk, but without lactose which makes people with lactose intolerance be able to drink and use this milk in different recipes without sacrificing taste or consistency. I had a hard time even telling the difference!

One of my top pics for lactose free milk, there is no odd aftertaste or coating it leaves in your mouth great for cooking when you are trying to minimize you dairy intake. Also great with some cookies or with some u bet chocolate syrup late night.

I’m a huge fan of lactaid. I’m not as lactose intolerant as I once was but I still like drinking it because the milk is delicious and it tastes a lot richer than it is.

I love this milk in cereal and my morning coffee! It is a great source of fat-free protein without the stomach pains of milk containing lactose. Truly a great product.
