Ten and my family drink this are stomachs are sensitive to regular milk,you can get this at grocery stores and it’s inexpensive and it’s a great product.

I receive this for free through WIC but won’t buy this with my money, milk is not a necessary thing for us, adult humans. On the other side I enjoy that this has a light consistency and not a strong Milky flavor! It’s low on fat!

If you’re like me and one sip of dairy gives you the bubble guts, lactaid can really make your day. I love milk but my small intestine does not so this is the perfect replacement, if not better.

Next best thing (as far as tastes goes) to regular cows milk in my opinion. The texture is very smooth and not as thick in consistency as regular milk.

I like this milk, I have found that I am lactose intolerant and the taste is great and none of the side effects I get with lactose. It’s all I drink. The packaging is easy to open and I can find it everywhere I shop.

We use to drink 2% before but we would notice a lot of digestion issues so we decided to try lactáis and it has helped us a lot. We no longer feel no bloating or gasses. It has a very good taste which helps a lot.

As someone who is lactose intolerant, but loves milk, I am so grateful to have Lactaid. I am able to enjoy the taste and nutrients that comes with milk without the stomachache. I will be a lifelong consumer of this product.

I have been lactose intolerant my whole life, and for as long as I can remember, it was this brand and color my mom would get, so that’s what I get now as an adult!
