I appreciate Lactaid for creating milk for individuals who are lactose intolerant. Sometimes, people would love to enjoy the creamy nature of milk without the pain of digesting it. And Lactaid created that ultimate option for us. I appreciate how tasty it is. I can drink 16 ounces by itself daily

I have stomach issues and try to avoid dairy because of lactose intolerance. Lactaid's reduce fat milk tastes so good that no one on my family notices the difference. I use it in my kids' mac and cheese, and they can't tell the difference. It is a little pricey. So I try to buy the largest size to make up the difference between buying regular milk and Lactaid in smaller sizes.

Love lactaid skim milk! When I was younger i was lactose intolerant and grew out of it. I am now 21 and still drink lactaid skim milk even though I am no longer lactose intolerant! I am a fitness and health freak and this fits perfectly into my daily diet This will always be a staple! :)

I have been using Lactaid Fat Free for over 20 years. I’m not lactose intolerant but just prefer the taste of Lactaid Fat Free to that of regular skim milk. Lactaid fat free has a richer taste than regular milk. I also love being able to purchase a month’s worth of milk at one time. That’s because all vaireties of Lactaid milk have long expiration dating. It enables me to have an unopened bottle waiting for me when I come back from vacation. Lactaid Fat Free Milk, as well as other Lactaid products are the greatest.

I absolutely love this product! I am sensitive to milk in liquid form. I really enjoy cereal but I’d always get a stomach ache about 3 mins after eating with regular milk. The stomach ache doesn’t last long but it’s enough to make me want to try another alternative and this milk is perfect.

Life changing milk lol I developed an intolerance for lactose and it was devastating and it’s so frustrating not being able to and it drink things like a normal person. Well having this milk has made it so much easier and it tastes just like normal milk!

I have been using fat-free Lactaid milk for years. I use it for everything (cooking, baking, cereal, drinking). It is the only milk I buy. I actually think it tastes better than the regular skim milk I used to buy. This is a great product and I recommend it!

I had been using Soy Milk for years to keep my cholesterol down. I purchased Fat Free Lactaid and couldn't believe quickly how Lactaid in my life made a difference to my daily life. I drink it, have it in my cereal and also in my tea. Hurray for Fat Free Lactaid. I fully recommend it. By the way I am 85.

This is the ONLY product I am able to add syrup to and use if I want a glass of really good Chocolate Milk or if I need Cow Milk for a Recipe! My stomach thanks me and it tastes delicious! So much so that after a bowl of cereal I now am able to drink the leftover milk! That was never an option before!
