Too embarrassed to ask for my $$ back.

I had to buy a DVD because my Sony simply stopped streaming... I figured getting a matching brand (LG) like the TV would help... NOPE!... The streaming dvd that doesn't stream... DO NOT BUY THIS ITTEM. SONY was twice the $$ and didn't work either, no idea what to suggest at this point...

LG BD350 - Few Streaming Options

I had an LG Blu-ray DVD Player for several years and was very pleased with its quality and features. It finally stopped working quite suddenly and I wanted to replace it with another LG. I found the features needed in the BD350 model including the ability to stream through wi-fi with many channels and options. The model is easy to install. However, once I Checked the available channels for streaming, there are only six! This isn't what is advertised and fewer options than what I had available on a model purchased six or seven years ago. Quite surprising and somewhat disappointing!

Disappointed

I have an LG Blu-ray Player but it would hang up and I would have to unplug it to get it to work again. So, I purchased this new one - LG because my TV is LG. This new Blu-ray player has the same problem as my other one. It will hang up and will do nothing. You have to unplug it - can't turn it off even when I have completed my viewing. I have to unplug it to turn it off! Very disappointed with LG - my TV has worked perfectly.

Not overly impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this thing for couplenmonths now. Try to watch Amazon prime and get kicked out of after 5 min. Netflix runs fine remote only works half the time. I wouldn't buy again. Maybe higher priced models better made but don't really expect it

Search/Browse function always won't work

It is a great system in picture quality and overall performance for movies, etc. But I'm giving it only 2 stars due to the following issue: In YouTube while searching or browsing the search results, it crashes often and we could not select a new movie to watch! The issue continued even after re-installing their software, etc.

Lovely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to set up. Awesome display. A little disappointed that apps like Direct TV or HBO were not available for download, so I got a Roku. While watching Football (TV set to sports mode) the the ball seems to fade from view when the ball is thrown. This may be rectified in the settings, but I have not found it yet.

Great Blu Ray Player

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was given to me as a gift to replace an older DVD player(also an LG) . My TV is Smart capable but it needs a dongle , however with this player plugged in I'm able to access all the smart functions as well as it being an excellent Blu Ray player

Good blu ray player but thats it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this player for a couple of months, plays blu rays no problem, however the apps are a joke. Netflix sometimes works but most of the time it gets stuck and wont work same with youtube, better off just getting a dumb blu ray player.

Waste of Money

I bought this in hopes that I could stream Netflix and Hulu from my room. Nope every once in a while it might let me watch Hulu and as far as Netflix goes it has very poor streaming quality. The stupid thing doesn't turn off with the remote or power button most of the time, I have to unplug it from the wall. Spend the extra $$ on a decent product you won't be sorry

Where's the MAC?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this today. Pretty slick player except for one thing: no MAC address. Well at least not easily accessible. LG expects you to make your router open to any device (so it can be logged in to your WiFi). Only when it's logged in can you see the address. Seriously? If you use a MAC filter you'll have to disable it in order to connect.
