Great devicce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine so I could have Netflix in my bedroom. It works great. It also plays DVDs wonderfully AND I can view programs that I have on my USB flash drive.

Terrible!!!!!

I bought this two weeks ago!!it freezes all the time ..i have to enter my password constantly and it won't stay connected to the internet!!!waste of money!!!

Freezes up

Everytime I try to watch a movie on the internet with it it freezes and I have to unplug it to move it...I bought 2 of them Thanksgiving night and they both do it...not happy with it. Plays dvds just fine

Do not buy.

I bought this device at the start of the year. It takes forever to load, keeps freezing videos to buffer, and the product page claims it's Amazing compatible. It's not.

Garbage

I've had this plugged in for an hour, all it has done is skip (on Netflix), and now it's been frozen for 20 min and won't let me even turn it off. Also the preloaded apps are trash.

I found this product to be very easy to setup and for my needs was just perfect. Great picture and sound and would play all that I needed it to. My husband and I are simple people and don't need alot of bells and whistles. This product was perfect for us. Thanks!

Don't ever buy!,,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst blu-ray player ever! I will NEVER buy LG products again just based on this player. It constantly pops up to connect to the internet when it is (or it truly never connects). You can't get through a movie without it popping up at a minimum of 5 times. It quits playing sound randomly.
