digests well %26 yummy to me

The only protein powder in the same league for lactose intolerant folk is the Equate brand. If you want the absolute lowest calorie per scoop Zhao comes out slightly ahead. The taste took me a month to get used to (I never ate mushroom in my life before) but now I love it and most importantly it's so easy on the stomach.

I've had a lot of protein shakes and this one is really smooth. doesn't have the powdery taste that most others have.

I tasted this great vanilla.
