I think its a beautiful color and flavor, I'm a big fan of whiskey mules and this pairs like silk with the ginger beer. I would choose it as my go too whiskey for my mixed drinks almost always, but I dont doubt that it would be excellent as a shot or just on the rocks. 

A very smooth drink with a nutty flavor with a hint of fruit. You can’t go wrong with a glass of gold label reserve on ice. This is one of my favorites having picked up a few bottles at the airport in Cabo a few yessir ago. A good value based on the quality of the drink.

I had this version at a party I was invited to once.. just like the blue label it has this smooth taste but also that little kick like Black label. My stomach is sensitive to certain alcohol so I try to pick one that won't disrupt my drinking adventures... I do recommend this one to anyone looking for a nice whiskey to share with family at a event ... I believe it's cheaper than the blue label so that is always a plus.

Gold label is still pricey, but it is substantially less than blue label. Still pretty smooth. Gold label is more of a sipping scotch whiskey. It tastes great neat or on the rocks. I would say the value is equivalent to the product, averaging at around $60 a bottle.

Even though I am not such a huge fan of whiskey, this left me quite a good first impression. It's strong tho, so be careful lol. I mixed it with perrier to keep it simple and even tho I drank wine later it was not bad at my stomach. I have a picky stomach and it won't drink cheap alcohol.

it's johnnie walker, but with a hint of smoke. it's great in a cocktail, and is far more reasonably priced than its blue brother. it mixes well with lemon, and could probably do with just a hair less sweetness. this is a great mid-price-point option for someone who can't take the rougher whiskeys.

Well one of my favorite it is good straight up and warm. I dont even need to have ice because i believe it will ruin the flavor. I keep it in my desk believe it or not! Price point is good for a quality drink and no hangover. Not ever! In the dark in a cool place is best for storing.

This is such a good scotch. I love to sip this just on ice. It’s full of a bold flavor and the best scotch I have ever had. It doesn’t compare to any other on the market. I highly recommend it to everyone! Johnnie Walker

Love Johnnie on wintery nights! It very smooth! When I usually go out in the winter its the best alcohol when warming up or just be able to relax and sip it.

Definately a good buy, especially when you're drinking for an occassion. It's something you'd share with you closest friends over a good conversation that will last the night.
