Gives you a good work out. Used muscles I haven't in a long time. Not as easy as I thought but that's a good thing. Very heavy and hard to slide back into position to fold up but otherwise, very pleased. Does not come with a guide for workouts but easily found online.

This saved me I'm 55 years old and have always waned this equipment low impact great workout I've lost 3 lbs since purchased the day before Christmas

Great workout at a very good price. Equipment is well put together and easy to use. Was able to find some good workouts to follow on YouTube

Very nice and versatile for variety of excercises.

Very little to assemble which was good, however no instructions on what to do after it's assembled. You have to ether go online and subscribe to a site that that will work you out. No thanks. I found a site that had laminated instructions on how to use it and it was very helpfull. Other than that I should be looking like Arnold Schwartzinager in a few months.

This is a BEGINNERS model which is also a great piece of exercise equipment ,but if you want an full workout chouse the better model!! I could not believe the price!!!SO GOOD!!!

Difficult to break down for storage. Really need 2 people to do this.

This item doesn't come any diagrams as to how to use the equipment. Which could cause harm to the user

Due to a manufacturing defect, I wasn't able to assemble the machine. I returned it.
