perfect quick cook

I bought this about a month ago. The instructions are not correct. Add a half cup of water
Blend all the ingredients together and bring to a boil cover sauce pan, take off burner and
let cook off burner  for a half hour. This should be cooked like you would cook long grain rice.

Too mushy

A couple of these, a can of chicken, a little cheese on top and you have a great tasting, easy and quick dinner.
