Fortunately, Kiolbassa has backed off the maple additive.  It's still not my first choice, since I much prefer the original version.  I understand supply chain problems, but it seems to me that it's much easier to eliminate a flavor rather than add it

These little sausages are bites of pure heaven.  There is a slight sweet taste, but it is not over-powering. They pair perfectly with cheesy eggs, or a fluffy biscuit, or a crisp buttery slice of toast.  We have also eaten with sliced up in pasta or rice and they are beyond delicious with onions and peppers.  Try them with hash browns.  These complement everything and are also great straight out of the air fryer.  They fry up nice, with a good snap when you bite into them, but they remain meaty and juicy inside.
