Can't get the last caster to fit properly so the cart is not level.

This cart is a life savor! I use this cart around my home for moving file boxes, cloths, drinks. I use it for my back yard to store and push my plants and soils. This cart rolls very quiet too and have 2 brake wheels that I can lock them in place, while I unload my groceries from my car!! =)

I purchased this utility cart and it arrived broken. I returned it and the 2nd cart sent was also broken. Three weeks later still waiting on my refund from Sam's. This was not the whole story but Sam's made me rewrite my initial review. If you have the time and patience to receive and return broken things, then go for it.
