The cheese is good. Goes great on pizza. But the seal on the bag always breaks after a few uses and I have to transfer it to another container.

Excellent taste; so much better flavor than shelf stable parmesan cheese. Don't be afraid of the big bag. It keeps fresh a very long time.

Product is a reasonably priced, excellent tasting, preshredded romano cheese. Holds texture and flavor well sealed in the refrigerator.
