I prefer my tea sweetened. This is the only brand I will drink unsweetened. The flavor is great on its own.

Best unsweet tea around besides my Momma's. Just kidding, she only makes tea sweet enough to give us diabetes concerns.

This tea isnt too sweet or too bitter its just right. Packaging isn't anything too special. I have nothing I would improve, it is very affordable.
