I have been using Press and Seal for quite a few years and the last package I bought doesn't stick. I was wrapping meat to freeze and had to use scotch tape to get it to stick to itself! I also haven't seen your freezer wrap. Is it available in stores?

I bought this at a warehouse center in a 3 pack. Opened the first one and you can not tear the plastic wrap off the roll. The knife would not cut through warm butter. I ended up wasting more then I used to cover bowls. I now use a knife to cut the plastic when needed. Will not buy this again.

The first time I bought this product I loved it and recommended it to all my family and friends! The second purchase, however, was extremely disappointing in that they changed the cutting edge to cheap plastic which does not work!!! I have to use scissors to cut the wrap or it becomes a jumbled mess. It has become the most frustrating product in my kitchen and I will not buy it again unless they improve the packaging.

I am having such a hard time tearing my newest box of Press N' Seal, and I just looked to find the serrated edge is make of plastic! I'll have to bother with scissors each time I want to use it. What a waste of time. Otherwise good product, but stupid packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GLAD changed the cutter teeth on the roll that are used to tear the Glad Press & Seal sheets off, from metal to plastic. The plastic does not work at all when it comes to tearing off a sheet. All it does is stretch out the wrap making it unusable.I used to love this product and I am so disappointed that GLAD has cheapened the cutter on the roll. I have to take the roll out of the box and cut it to the desired size with scissors. I hope that GLAD changes the cutter on it's GLAD Press and Seal rolls, otherwise I will change what I am buying.

I waited a long time before trying Press n Seal because of the higher price than regular Glad Wrap(which I have used forever). Finally, I broke down and bought my first box.The actual Press n Seal works fine, if you could get it to cut on the flimsy plastic cutter on the flimsy box lid edge. I have to unroll it and cut it with a pair of scissors. This stuff was supposed to make my life easier. Too bad it did not.

I love your Press'n Seal product, however, the last 2 times I have purchased it, the end cap has come off every time I try to use it and the then the wrap refuses to unroll properly. I end up wasting part of the roll because I have to use my scrissors to unwind it. When it works properly, it's a great sealer for everything.

I have used (and preferred) GLAD Press'NSEAL for years. The recent change to the serrated edge that tears the product is totally unacceptable. I have to stop and cut the product before tearing the sheet off. If this is not corrected I will stop buying your product. I hate SARANWRAP, so I don't know what I will replace Press'nseal with. But I will not willingly be frustrated by your worthless serrated cutter. I am totally satisfied with the Press'nseal wrap itself. It is perfect.

Without fail all of my friends, people I meet while shopping, and EVERYONE else I converse with agree: how can the people who give us the best wrap in the world also give us the worst cutter on its box? Get with it. We love Press'n Seal. We want you to provide us with a sharp cutter which allows us to obtain the size sheet we want without all the frustration we presently have to contend with. Make it happen.

I love your Press n' Seal Wrap! I have been a big fan of it since I started using it in my kitchen. Plastic wrap always gets stuck together and most times won't adhere to the containers or dishes. Press n' Seal does EVERYTIME! I not only use it in the kitchen I use it for lots of home projects. I wrap my paint brushes in it to keep them moist for next days use, I use it to while spray painting to cover parts that I don't want to paint - I can't count how many times I have used it for other purposes besides in the kitchen. Just an amazing all around product!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
