Its good! Its great for recipes but on its own i dont find it to be my favorite. Definitely more of a cooking thing then a bagel thing!! Also the wrapper for the brick is super inconvenient because you cant really reseal after you open it.

Love how many different things you can utilize it for such as savory or sweet. My go to in baking and in breakfast. Love to use it for cheesecakes in the home
