I mainly use cream cheese to make cheesecake and Philadelphia is always my go to! It sits out for an hour or two and gets room temperature & I throw it right in my filling. As long as you leave it at room temp, you never have to worry about clumps!

This is by far the best cream cheese brand on the market, a lil pricey but you get what ya pay for right! Quality is great and always taste so much better than the cheaper brands!

I love that you can add your own fruits and seasonings to flavor this and make any kind of cram cheese dip you want. It also makes a yummy icing for my pumpkin cupcakes!

This stuff is amazing, I use it in several different recipes. The consistency is nice and easy to spread on bagels and such. My favorite thing to make with these are jalapeo poppers.

My favorite thing about this product is the packaging. If you don't need to use the whole brick, there are clear markings to cut what you need and it's easy to reseal.
