Anytime a recipe calls for cream cheese I always go for Philadelphia blocks. They cream nicely and come to room temperature quickly. I also love that each box has a recipe inside of it.

We use this from everything to making a cheesecake's to having them on our bagels in the morning. The only cream cheese we will use is Philadelphia is because the taste is far superior than the other brand we have tried.

The texture of the cream cheese is great, the only downside is the difficulty of opening the package- but it doesn't define the actual product its self, this is the to go cream cheese in my household!

Always always always get Philadelphia Cream Cheese. It is amazing. I love the kind in the box because it is easier to spread, I dont care for the whipped cream cheese though. Its not as flavorful
