Philadelphia cream cheese is what I incorporate into my cheese cake. It gives my cheese cake a great taste n the consideration is firm n very creamy. This is the cream cheese for baking cheese cake.

I dont use it often but i do keep it in my refrigerator. Its a must because my aunt did so i do. Its a staple. One of those things that you'll have just in case.
