What's not to love about this cream cheese. It's my go to for cheese cake and certainly the must have ingredient for bagels. It can get a bit stiff in the fridge so I'll cut a few squares and leave it out till room temperature for easier use.

Always use Philadelphia cream cheese as it is fluffy and smooth. I have noticed the generic kinds do not spread as well as this product does. Will continue to buy!

I use this cream cheese on toasted bagels, to put on crackers, and for use in recipes. I make buffalo chicken dip using this cream cheese and it comes out perfect and creamy.

I would say the taste and quality of this is great. It's a classic. The block is just hard to cut, so I do definitely prefer the tub; it's whipped and creamier to cut.
