[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That shake had good flavor. I would put it up against any of the other protein shakes for the chocolate flavor was really good. It was about the same consistency of the other protein shakes (I like mine thicker is why I mix mine with imore ice). I would definitely recommend it as a great alternative for anyone looking for something without all of the sugar. It still has the sweet flavor without the actual sugars.

I had this with some fruit for breakfast and it carried me through to a late lunch/early dinner. My blood sugar did not spike and I didn't snack. The taste was like a chocolate milk and there was no chemical taste or chalky aftertaste

I was afraid it would have a strong artificial taste but it did not. Great shake for those who are cutting carbs.

It was rich and creamy and it didn't did not spike my blood sugar. This is something I will use regularly to ease my hunger for a quick snack or to cure my sweet tooth. I am so thankful that Splenda now offers these Diabetes Care Shakes. I appreciate that one of these shakes provides 16g of protein, 6g of fiber, and with no added sugar. These shakes help me keep my blood sugar in control. One shake was not enough to curve my appetite as a meal replacement. However, I found it to be a satisfying snack. Especially, for those moments I crave something sweet, this is the perfect dessert. I tried the milk chocolate flavor and it was delicious. The texture was really smooth, not chalky like shakes I have tried in the past. I look forward to trying the other two flavors.
